Here's their description of "In Dreams" tea:
'How dear is the sweet little Mugwort herb! Mugwort is also known as Artemisa, St Johns plant and Sailor's Tobacco... In Medieval Europe, a crown of Mugwort was worn on St. John's Eve to ward off evil spirit visitations and possession. Native Americans used it medicinally and ceremonially, often to keep away spirits and dreams of the dead. Mugwort is an herb sacred to the Greek Goddess Artemis (Goddess of the moon, the hunt and chastity) and has long been used as a magical aid to encourage lucid, vibrant and even prophetic dreams (it is also a thought to be a digestive aid and good for regulating a woman's moon cycle). Drank just before bedtime this tea blend will prepare you for your journey into the dream realm. I wanted to create a herbal blend that will stimulate intense, powerful dreams. A night time vision quest... This is an entirely organic floral/herbal blend (no caffeine) with soothing chamomile flowers, peppermint, catmint and mugwort as it's base. The gentle herbal addition of california poppy, and linden flowers add earthiness to this blend which is finished with white sage..
